Enjoyed the spacious room, but the pool area was too small.

Perfect for a city break

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and great location with easy access to attractions made my stay enjoyable, especially the warm welcome at check-in and the clean, spacious accommodations which also featured 24-hour reception support.

Hotel WiFi was a bit spotty.

The staff were unreal. Especially the guy who checked us in, went above and beyond to help out, really felt like I was treated like a king. Also, the gym was fantastic, one of the best hotel gyms I've ever been in. it had everything I needed to keep my routine in check while away.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the heated swimming pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi during my stay. Just a heads-up, the pool could use a bit more attention for cleanliness, but it didn't really take away from my experience. Definitely check out their sweet coffee shop for a quick pick-me-up! ☕

Great amenities throughout our stay. The gym was well-equipped and the virtual Topgolf was a fun bonus. The location was perfect for accessing attractions. Parking was convenient and ended up being free. Dining options were excellent, with Ruth's Chris on-site.

The hotel offers a fantastic location with easy access to the Riverwalk, making it ideal for dining and exploration. The friendly staff went above and beyond, accommodating an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. However, the bathroom walls in my room showed signs of neglect, and the view from my room was less than desirable, overlooking the convention center roof. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially with great breakfast options like the Sicilian pastry.

The rooms are spacious, especially for families, and there's a great pool area. Fast valet service was a bonus! I had a really nice experience at the bar, perfect for winding down after a long day.

we really enjoyed our stay at hyatt. the outdoor heated lap pool was a highlight for the kids. also, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcomed. the breakfast service was wonderful too. it’s conveniently close to quemado, tx, making it a perfect spot for our cheerleading competition.

I had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in San Antonio. The clean and spacious King Room offered a great atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after exploring the city. Valet service was friendly, though I found parking fees a bit steep. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and the proximity to the Riverwalk.

Enjoyed the beautiful location near the River Walk with spacious areas to relax. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming, but the service had a significant issue when housekeeping knocked at 8:30 AM, disrupting our sleep. Overall, it's a nice stay despite some minor disturbances.
